- Distinguished Administrator of the Year
The SWC Distinguished Administrator Award is SWC's highest administrative honor. This award recognizes exemplary administrative and professional performance that promotes and sustains SWC's mission and strategic priorities. The SWC Distinguished Administrator Award is only awarded in order to recognize above and beyond administrative service to SWC.
- Emerging Leadership Award
The SWC Emerging Leadership Award recognizes a newer member of the SWC management team who has demonstrated strong leadership qualities and has made a significant contribution(s) or achievement(s) as an administrator of Southwestern Community College District.
- Equity Champion Award
This award is given to an administrator who epitomizes SWC's Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Statement by his/her/their efforts in promoting equity and inclusion in their day-to-day work at Southwestern Community College District.
- Team Jaguar Award
The Team Jaguar award recognizes a team of administrators that have successfully collaborated to secure and/or further the mission of the Southwestern Community College District.
